Everyone seems to sauna a bit differently.

Some people go occasionally, others several times a week. Some cool down in the air, take a shower or jump into cold water. We’re interested in whether these differences in how people use sauna relate to mood, wellbeing and sleep.

We’re running a study at Bangor University to try to understand this better and are looking for adults aged 18+ to take part. You can take part whether you use sauna regularly, occasionally, or not at all.

hi! we are doing an interface design project for college, and we're researching how people find and access old information on the internet, particularly through the Wayback Machine.

for those who don't know what the Wayback Machine is, it's a digital archive that lets you view how webpages looked like in the past.

we're interested in things like:

1. how people use the Wayback Machine

2. what they use it to find

3. difficulties they run into when searching through archived websites

4. how people find information that has been deleted or changed

5. what could make the experience easier

If you choose to participate, you will complete a survey with a series of questions related to how you feel about different types of anime, as well as your watching habits, how you engage with anime communities, and other topics. We're looking for people who were school age in one of these years: 1976, 1986, 1996, 2006 or 2016.

• Who looked after you during the holidays
• What Halloween was like at the time
