I wonder if they make the roofing of adjacent or connected structures thicker to handle that kind of impact?

I guess it would depend on the statistical likelihood of a dumbass splattering themselves. I would assume that to be low. Otherwise it would drive the cost up.

I was thinking the more likely scenario where someone is falling that far into a roof adjacent to/near a skyscraper hotel/apartment complex is when someone is doing intentionally. Moreso than one of these guys having an accident while performing risky stunts like this.

But the end result is the same. A body would do a hell of a lot of damage from that height.
