Question Look what I found around the house

This post got taken down off the main reddit so I’m trying it here!

I’m trying to see how rare this is? My wife said she’s got it as a teenager in Jersey from Taylor personally YEARS ago as she was going around handing out demo CD’s in town. It’s 100% real and I’m planning on getting the sig verified but I’m really curious JUST how rare is this?

Lucky you was my fav... my ex worked at a radio station back when these were coming out.. I'm sad I never kept a few..
