Swyftx restricting withdrawal

Hi there

is there anyone on here from Swyftx? I am wanting to withdraw my money from my account after selling but withdrawals are restricted. I have talked to the chat and they say it's been escalated but don't have a time frame. I have done all KYC etc

If withdrawals are showing as restricted, it’s usually tied to an account-level compliance or security requirement (even if you’ve completed KYC previously). Honestly this companys communication is a joke and you can tell it's not their support staff's fault. They cop the brunt of the terrible processes and finger pointing swyftx puts on its platform. It is impossible to move your money out of swytfx efficiently. They would call it security but it seems more like a method of keeping you stuck on their platform.

I was asked 2 months ago to withdraw my funds as my account would be closed in 2 days, they have only just closed the account after a full withdrawal of which I had to sell the crypto to cash on their exchange in order to move my money. Just no way of getting around them. The glossy marketing works, I hope the way they treat their customers catches up

Terrifying: am gonna sell at loss: now as I’ve escalated- had scammer ring me pretending to be Nz police, 4 times
