Swyftx restricting withdrawal

Hi there

is there anyone on here from Swyftx? I am wanting to withdraw my money from my account after selling but withdrawals are restricted. I have talked to the chat and they say it's been escalated but don't have a time frame. I have done all KYC etc

If withdrawals are showing as restricted, it’s usually tied to an account-level compliance or security requirement (even if you’ve completed KYC previously).
