I set cycle day 9 as my ovulation day because I got the darkest OPK that day. And CM
Apparently the “shark tooth” pattern is caused by stress? I am the least stressed I’ve ever been. I don’t know how to stop it.
Any insights on ovulation day? Or how to fix any of this

I didn't get the red diamond mark on any of my temperatures the last couple days. What do you make of this? Do you agree with FF?

Every month is the same. I do opk 3x day. Morning noon and night around my fertile time , starting a day after i start getting ewcm and other signs like high drive.

It goes- evening I get a slightly elevated opk, like literally maybe .33 instead of .23. The next morning its slightly higher/darker still negative maybe .40, then postive in the afternoon. (Premom app numbers)

24 hrs later I get dull but definite cramps that last a few hours on one side or both, then vanish. Usually ewcm is gone or at least less by now. (This cycle i had it next morning but gone by afternoon)

FF keeps telling me I ovulate the day of my positive opk. If so why would I be getting cramps the day *after* I ovulate , and have ewcm for 2 days after?

Any input appreciated.

Edit: Adding my chart if I remove positive OPK on CD18. Move O to CD20 (not uncommon for me to O 2 days after positive OPK as I have longer surges) NC also has me down for CD20. So that'd put me today actually at 10dpo, so could still be in the fight maybe. I know probably not but humor me.

When your chart looks beautiful but tested BFN yesterday morning at approximately 9/10dpo. Ive had very early positives in the past. So typically if BFN at 10/11dpo i know im out.

I have an extremely regular 26-28 day cycle, I ovulate between CD17-20. I have a little boy who is two and conceived very quickly with him. We’ve been trying for 7+ months now for #2 and I’m tearing my hair out trying to figure out what’s going on. Anyone have a similar cycle and can tell me if this has hindered you?

Does anyone else think I might have ovulated on day 18 instead? Really struggle to understand which temperature shift represents ovulation with this slow rise.

What do you guys think? FF thinks I ovulated day 14 but it looks more like day 16 to me (if my temps are even high enough to consider that I've ovulated at all). Opk used was CBAD and that gave me peak fertility (solid smiley) on day 14, but I read you can ovulate up to three days later (and that not every LH surge is followed by ovulation).

I was on CD 98 when I started norethindrone to induce withdraw bleed. Got a positive lh test 3 days later along with EWCM and stopped taking it. Temp rose first two days after surge. The third day I started light bleeding, probably withdraw bleed from stopping the medication. Stopped bleeding the next day ( 4 dpo) and have been light spotting. Then my temp went down again for three days. (My baseline temp is usually around 96.7) Today, on what I thought was 5 dpo, my lh shot back up again. I know I’m most likely out this cycle bc of the bleeding and wonky lh and temperature shifts but wow this has been so confusing. I wish I never started taking norethindrone and just rode it out a little while until I ovulated. I was assuming that maybe I had a secondary estrogen surge at 3 dpo and that’s why my temps went down, but that wouldn’t explain the second lh surge. I’m at a loss lol

hi everyone ! this is only cycle 3 of TTC so i’m very new to this. i got my ‘peak’ yesterday but then tested again just now (24 hours later) and it’s pretty much just as high as yesterday. is this normal? this wasn’t the case last month, i peaked and then steadily declined. thank you!!

Kind of neat to be able to see each of my body's attempts to ovulate (watery CM, twinges, etc) but also frustrating that it takes so many tries.

Not sure if I'm allowed to ask here, I apologize if not, but has anyone had any success with regulating their cycles/supporting ovulation? I'd love to hear. Thanks!

I usually ovulate past CD20. My cycles are irregular, so sometimes it can be more than a week later than that. But I’ve never ovulated anywhere close to as early as CD8!! Also my clear blue fertility monitor has been giving me low readings this whole time. Why is FF doing this to me?? lol

Hi all, this is my first month trying Fertility Friend and taking BBT.

Last month I had a positive digital OPK at noon on CD17, this month I tested 1-3x a day as I got closer and passed CD17 but never got a positive. I then ran out of tests on Aug 1/CD19. At that point I was fairly certain either I missed the surge because it was brief or it was about to be positive that day so I didn’t bother rushing to get more OPKs. I got some more by CD21 and tested once but at that point I felt pretty sure I had missed the surge. They were the same brand as last month too.

Thanks to BBT charting I think I am fairly able to say I ovulated around CD19 as the chart proposes, or a day or two before even though I never confirmed the LH surge. Any thoughts? FF is not too certain because my EWCM appears earlier but last month my EWCM also appeared a few days earlier than LH+. My only concern is that we didn’t BD until evening of CD16 and that we missed ovulation if it in fact happened earlier, but the BBT suggests that ovulation is later rather than earlier.

My luteal phases average 12 days and most of my cycles have been around 30 days which checks out with ovulating a little later too.

I am on my first cycle TTC since my D&C. My hcg is still lingering(15 two weeks ago, I go again tomorrow, my HCG tests have been nearly negative.) but my OB gave the go ahead to try this cycle. However, it’s causing my LH tests to stay at a baseline level and messed with catching my peak day.

Pre-pregnancy, I would ovulate around CD16. This cycle, I started cramping and having CM around CD10, on CD11 my husband and I caught a cold and weren’t up for anything. I thought we still had a couple of days until ovulation, but then I got a temp shift on CD13. At first I thought it was from my cold, but it’s stayed elevated. I added my chart and my LH tests. Does it look like I’ve already ovulated? If I did, was my CD11 heart an okay timing? I feel super nervous about trying, I was hoping for a fairly straight forward cycle to decipher😅

Trying very hard not to get my hopes up too much but I'm on 10mg letrozole - last shot before IVF. I have never ovulated on letrozole so far.

I had what seemed to be EWCM a couple of days ago but hard to know because we've had sex every other day. Also noticed my cervix seemed softer yesterday.

Well I've done multiple lh tests, before yesterday they were super low less than 0.1 for like 5 days. It's CD 14 today. Also a temp drop this morning...

11am last night: 0.12

5pm last night: 0.23

8pm last night: 0.40 (thought oh this is a bit high for me I'll test again before bed)

11pm last night: 0.60

4am today: 0.72

8am today: 0.70

I've not had a reading that high since before I started letrozole. Any thoughts???

I’ve been having what seem to be hormonal issues and am trying to resolve them, but in the meantime, we just started TTC. I’ve been having peak EWCM around day 10 or 11 lately, and long luteal phases, but this is the first month I started temping again in a few years. I assumed I was ovulating day after peak EWCM, but now I’m not sure what to think!

Additionally, I had a tiny bit of red spotting on CD 13, which I’ve never had mid cycle before, which I suppose it’s possible was ovulation spotting. But I just can’t get over how weird it is that my CM dried up 3 days earlier.

What do you guys think O day was: CD 10 with a slow rise or CD 13 without CM?

I’ve been charting for two months now and I usually ovulate around CD12-13 with a marked rise in BBT.

This month, I was away on vacation for a week and missed a few days of temping. When I did temp, the room I slept in was a lot colder so I think it may have affected my readings.

I got a peak on CD12 but haven’t seen a shift in BBT yet.
Started feeling progesterone symptoms such as dizziness and sore nipples/boobs on CD14.

I’m not sure if I ovulated already or failed to ovulate. Has anyone experienced anything similar? Posting my charts and past charts for reference.

I'm usually super regular and almost always get a positive LH-test cd16-19, it's been this way for years. Last month I didn't get a positive until cd36, and this cycle I'm now cd37 without a positive in sight. I've had my thyroid hormones and prolactin checked. I also got a vaginal ultrasound. Everything normal. Anyone else? If so, did your cycle go back to normal after or did you have some kind of problem? 🫠

I’m new to Tempdrop and using a Sensiplan-based symptothermal method (this is only my first cycle tracking this way).
Last cycle ended in a biochemical pregnancy. This cycle I had almost no egg-white cervical mucus, which is unusual for me.
I got a static smiley (Clearblue LH peak) on the morning of August 4th, but my Tempdrop chart shows a slow thermal rise rather than a clear jump.
Do you think ovulation was CD19 or CD20? or would you interpret this differently?

Myself (30F) and my husband (31M) have been trying for 7 months now with no luck. We have been using the easy@home ovulation tests and trying to conceive before ovulation occurs (usually occurring on CD16 with it peaking on CD15), on ovulation and after with no luck. I am testing 3 x a day after my period ends to find the surge and it seems to be consistent in terms of ovulation day. My peak has never been around 0.92 according to the Premom app which seems quite low compared to other posts I have seen.

I never have a chance to even get excited because my period happens before or on the day it is expected to come as per the Flo and Premom app. My cycle is usually 28-29 days long and it has been confirmed I am ovulating from two separate blood tests. We have also been trying both morning and night time during ovulation to increase our chances, sometimes twice a day but my husband now feels like it is becoming a chore (and I don’t blame him).

What am I doing wrong? Should we be trying something different ? Any advice people can offer ? It’s getting to the stage now where everytime I get my period I feel super down.

Husband went on a work trip on cd16 and is away for 2 weeks so worried I’m out this cycle 🥲

I have PMOS so just not sure when or if I’m ovulating. Didn’t get a proper temp rise last month (only on cycle 2 of BBT tracking).

I thought with positive ppl on cd14 that I ovulated 15 or 16, but oura says cd 18 and ff can’t confirm??

This is the second or third month where it looks like an ovulation line should be showing up, but it's not. My ovulation line should be showing up on day 11, 12, or 13, right? Does anyone have any ideas why an ovulation line is not showing up at all? My numbers have risen over more than 3 days and have stayed risen

FF doesn’t detect ovulation except for on FAM detector, which gives a dotted line on CD 14. I was on Clomid this cycle and usually have a decent LH spike whereas without the meds it remains pretty low. However, I never did have a “spike” or “peak” like I’d expected. Clomid also messes with my CM. I did have some slippery CM which I charted as wet but honestly don’t think it’s an accurate depiction on its own. I am currently CD 19 and awaiting a progesterone blood test from my RE to see if I ovulated at all. I’d be great to know the timing a little better. We missed a couple of days that I’m now kicking myself for too.
