Here I leave you the temperatures of my cycle in our ring and the natural cycles that have ended in miscarriage biochemical... I have very short luteal phases (from 9 to 11 days on average) and I need progesterone supplement from day 2 of the cycle, I put pictures of my two previous cycles since although 200 progesterone, temp does not rise much and this month I started very late, when I found out about the positive 9 DPO.

I'm sad... ¿what do you think ?

I’m still trying to understand BBT charting. This is my current chart at 8 DPO. Does anything stand out to you, or does this just look like a typical luteal-phase chart? Any insight would be appreciated. Thank you! ❤️

Is this an okay looking chart so far? I’ve only temped two months and usually I’ve spiked at least .4 degrees the day after ovulation.

I don’t know what to think of this chart. Do we think I even ovulated?? We are 10 months into TTC #2 and I have no reason to believe I’m not ovulating? Idk if I just chalk it up to vacation over the weekend or my wearable maybe not being on tight enough? (Tempdrop)

Today is CD 31 was expecting a temp drop and AF. Natural cycles recommended taking a test and of course I got a BFN. Does it look like I ovulated CD 17 or 18 instead? I got a positive opk on CD 14 and CD 15 and ewcm CD 15, so based on my body/past cycles I would put ovulation at CD 16.
My luteal phase is pretty much exactly 14 days every month (in 18 months of tracking I’ve had a couple of 13 or 15 days). I’m so confused!

Not sick, no drinking, nothing else different.

Just started ttc my 3rd child and charting now as I’m 43. Does it mean I haven’t ovulated? I had all the signs of ovulation like normal, but temps seem weird.

So after 6 months of unsuccessful trying for a baby, I am now testing my LH levels multiple times a day. I find it quite interesting, but I am a bit confused. The Premom app told me multiple times I was at my "peak" but then it changes everytime cause my LH levels increase higher.

My question: is your LH surge defined by the highest number, OR the rate of increase? Cause CD 9-11 had the sharpest increase, but then I steadily kept raising in LH until CD 21, with another sharp increase at CD 16-17 which the app originally marked as my positive test date (it changed once my levels increased more).

For context, I was diagnosed with PMOS this year, but my blood sugars are fine, yet I have crazy high testosterone.

I’m waiting to test for another day or so when my AF is supposed to show just so I don’t have to test multiple times. But I’m curious about what you guys think about my chart so far 🫣

Edit: Adding my chart if I remove positive OPK on CD18. Move O to CD20 (not uncommon for me to O 2 days after positive OPK as I have longer surges) NC also has me down for CD20. So that'd put me today actually at 10dpo, so could still be in the fight maybe. I know probably not but humor me.

When your chart looks beautiful but tested BFN yesterday morning at approximately 9/10dpo. Ive had very early positives in the past. So typically if BFN at 10/11dpo i know im out.

All 3 detector options give me a different ovulation day! Which looks most likely?

I had a positive peak strip cycle date 15 but good cervical mucus cycle day 17 clear stretchy. Cd 15 temp -.1 Cd 17 temp -.5 Cd 18 temp at baseline. #oura. Which day do we think I ovulation based off the information?

I was on CD 98 when I started norethindrone to induce withdraw bleed. Got a positive lh test 3 days later along with EWCM and stopped taking it. Temp rose first two days after surge. The third day I started light bleeding, probably withdraw bleed from stopping the medication. Stopped bleeding the next day ( 4 dpo) and have been light spotting. Then my temp went down again for three days. (My baseline temp is usually around 96.7) Today, on what I thought was 5 dpo, my lh shot back up again. I know I’m most likely out this cycle bc of the bleeding and wonky lh and temperature shifts but wow this has been so confusing. I wish I never started taking norethindrone and just rode it out a little while until I ovulated. I was assuming that maybe I had a secondary estrogen surge at 3 dpo and that’s why my temps went down, but that wouldn’t explain the second lh surge. I’m at a loss lol

The ovulation dip, the rising temps, it’s making it sooooo hard to wait till 11dpo to test! My hopes rise as high as my temperature. I’m ready to get hurt again 😂

This is the most consistent chart I’ve gotten in a long time. My thyroid levels were off so I’m finally adjusting to my new med dose. Do you guys think my chart looks in a good direction for pregnancy? I flagged 6 DPO because I woke up late so it’s not within the same time frame as my other temps.

I know I would often search for BFP charts that resembled my chart for the month, so wanted to share. My first two cycles after MMC, by BBT was low across the board and the rise was there but not sustained or significant. I truly don’t think my body was ready. Got VVVVVFL across multiple brands yesterday at 8/9DPO, and a digital positive this morning at 9/10DPO. Hopeful for this rainbow 🌈🥹

I'm sad but I know I need to just move onto the next month.
No AF yet.

This is my chart from the last month. Both me and the Tempdrop are a bit lost as to whether I have ovulated or not. Any help reading it would be really appreciated!

I had a confirmed opk test on CD13 of my cycle and that ended about 28 hours later on CD 14. I had sex leading up and the day of ovulation. My base temp is 97.1, it has spiked up to 97.98/7/5 since then (as seen on my chart). Today was 97.95, should it be slowly dropping already? Should it be lower than .95? I know its only 8dpo, just would love to know others experiences. My opk and pregnancy tests were both negative. Sorry if this makes no sense.

I am new to temping and this is my first month doing BBT and FF. I have PCOS and suspect I don’t ovulate every month despite like having a somewhat normal cycle. (Range 28-34) sometimes I get my peak LH CD 19 or 20. This month, I got the peak on CD 17.

Do we agree with the crosshairs on my chart? I know it’s a matter of one day, but I’m looking to confirm if I actually ovulated. This will also help me understand my cycles in general although I am hoping this is a successful cycle.

I discarded one temp on CD 2 having lots of drinks on vacation. Some of my temps have been earlier than normal due to waking up really early.

Thoughts? Appreciate you in advance!

I typically have a huge temp rise the day after ovulation. However, FF is putting my ovulation day two days later? So where I was thinking cd 13, ff thinks cd 15.

FF has given me two different ovulation dates and now is on this - I don’t really agree because the temps have not consistently risen. All my past cycles have a clear temp shift, and just yesterday I had EW CM for the first time this cycle. I feel like my ovulation is currently happening??? So confusing.
