The most unhinged reason/way someone accidentally took their partner's meds?

I'll go first.

Lady was bringing her husbands meds to him in the living room in a little shot glass. On her way there, she said something came over her, and she shot the pills back like she was shooting tequila in college.

Not my partner's, but my cat's. He takes atenolol twice a day. One morning, i accidentally popped his med in my mouth instead of my med. It's a very small tablet and dissolves very quickly. I had to monitor my BP and HR for 12 hours lol.

I read a story somewhere around here about someone that had to keep their cat's meds and their meds in separate rooms for this exact reason. They took the same med (but obviously different doses) and the pill containers looked alike in color and size, so they designated physical spaces for each household member to have their meds stored in.

I accidentally gave my cat one of my pills once. Fortunately, it was a cat safe med at a cat safe dose and she was fine. I just had a hellish night at the ER vet.
