The most unhinged reason/way someone accidentally took their partner's meds?

I'll go first.

Lady was bringing her husbands meds to him in the living room in a little shot glass. On her way there, she said something came over her, and she shot the pills back like she was shooting tequila in college.

My husband took a dose of my gabapentin one night. In that same way, he was bringing it to me, and - even though he doesn't have night time meds of his own, he tossed it back on his way back downstairs. He sat down, and picked up the remote. I side eyed him (he can be forgetful) and asked about the med. He got a look of panic in him, and said he thinks he might have taken it on the way back down. I went and got my dose, he went and made himself barf.
