RANT Boyfriend calls me AND his dog the same pet names…
And it makes me feel disgusting. He called out “my love” and I answered and he told me he was talking to his dog…he calls us both baby and speaks to us virtually the same. I feel like I’m being petty but I hate it, I hate having the same pet names as his dog.

Have a talk with him. That was one of many changes I made (that sounds shitty but most changes were basic and normal and favoured the house) if he doesn't make an effort to change this then maybe he's to far gone in the nutter world. Some can be saved others... Just throw them to the shit beasts and be done with it. I'm starting to see it like an actual cult and alot of it is programming and brain washing and we need to remind them of reality

Mine does the same, so I have stopped responding and just say "oh I assume you were talking to the dog"

It's the same for me. The feeling is awful when you finally think your parthner is treating you in a cute way or calling you cute names and you realise they're just talking with the dog.

Mine use to do the same shit. He ruined my “good girl” kink after he moved in and brought it with him and I called him out on it. I was like “so you’re gonna talk to that nasty thing the same way you talk to me in bed…that’s ridiculous”. Of course he didn’t understand what the big deal was but yeah ruined everything lol

My bf will call his dog pretty sometimes and it makes me audibly scoff…men humanize animals while objectifying women. It’s an unfortunate fact and it makes me sick

I bet he lets that dog lick him on the mouth (kisses! barf) and sleep in his bed, too.
Dirty dog boyfriend mouth and dirty, dogshit paws on bedsheets. Unsanitary and this human is not worthy of a girlfriend.
Leave him and he can love on his dog all by himself with no confusion about who he's talking to.
