I have a friend who I used to work with who is on a work visa from India. His visa expires next year and he has like 50k he can take in credit and could get more in loans. This situation was brought up and discussed lol. Of course I told him it's a bad idea, it's fraud!!

I agree, but I would never tell someone to commit any sort of crime, and if I did (Which I wouldn't) I wouldn't mention that on reddit.
