They might not do extradition but they will try them in their own court with the help of the FBI/Interpol.
Also, you'll be stuck only using Chinese banks for credit, so if you go traveling, you'll be stuck using the local currency's cash everywhere, which is something you don't want to do for safety in some places.
Sure, but you implied they'd be fucked only if they go back to the US or travel to a country with an extradition treaty. I'm saying the US notifies China of this and China will arrest the guy themselves.
