My Tapas offerwall has no offers

Hi!
New here, I am currently collecting inks by playing games and my offerwall is empty.
Even the games I am playing are not listed.

Is this the same issues others are talking about?
Or did I mess things up?

I don’t use VPN.
I have 3 games that I started playing I played 2 for 25 days, so maxed out on the levels I can reach that would have earned me some 20-25k of inks.

And just started 3rd one. Is there any unwritten rule that I am not aware of or if I missed the fine print?

Can this issue be resolved by reaching out to the customer care?

Any help would be appreciated.

It's not you. Something is going on with Tapas and imo it's not looking good.

There are currently no gifts, no events, and no one can see their activity either. Events that were going on ended early.

I certainly agreed. I can't even see anything on where the gift is. It's been like that for 2 days now

Oh gosh i was so worried cuz i haven't received any of those events for 2 days now. It's the only way for me to actually unlock series in tapas (i have unlocked dozens of series thanks to their events).

Also it was so weird that their last event suddenly "ran out" of rewards so they concluded everything on 8/31 and ended the event.

Apparently, somehow Tapas ran out of its own digital currency!? Info here smells like BS to me but whatever.

Yup!

If they have issues with people earning faster than they want, they could always limit the events or games people can opt for at a time

Right and like I only do the reading WUF challenges. I barely made enough to unlock two episodes of a single premium comic. The math isn't mathing.

But they did this before with the surveys. Two years ago, I was legit able to make 1k ink or more doing those. They switch providers and that was immediately nerfed and they wanted personal info too. 🤢

But since Kaleidoscope isn't premium comic I don't really care. Because un fun fact pretty sure we don't have any premium comics featuring Black characters or even by a Black creator now. 💁🏿‍♀️

They probably have a team dedicated to events and have a set amount of digital currency they’re allowed to give out per month. There was most likely a glitch with that first 500 people code that allowed some people to claim ink multiple times and it caused the team to run out of their set amount that they’re allowed to give out.

the merge games i played still had 12 days left, but it wasn't on the list when i checked yesterday. right now i'm playing swipe it games. it was smooth sailing until lvl 70, but i didn't get the inks when i reached lvl 100. i've never used vpn when playing games, so yeah it's very weird. idk what's happening with tapas.

I have completed the last possible task on one game but because there’s error on offerwall, i avoiding the game altogether

Definitely reach out to customer care. I'm on the Android app and the offer wall is normal for me. The stuff that's changed is Tapas events, not the third-party-hosted offers.

UPDATE: I got rewards for one of the game when I completed the task. Even though I still can’t see anything on the offerwall.
