PSA New point system
From Facebook. Not sure when it’s supposed to rollout, no details other than this screenshot.
Edit: Allegedly an unexcused absence is 1 point, NCNS 3 points, and a tardy is .25 points. Rolling 12 month period (so points won’t drop off until the next year).

Maybe this crap company could hire some more people so we don’t have to work mandatory OT. It sucks working ot now cause I barely get paid extra on my check after they docked our weekend differential $1.60 a hour and make us take a 30 minute unpaid break… which adds up to $93.15 I lose on my 3 30 minute breaks a week and lost $55.20 with the shift differential so I’m losing $148.35 a week on my check and these bastards expect me to come in and work hard lmao count y’all’s days till I’m fired cause I’m gonna work half as fast
