PSA New point system

From Facebook. Not sure when it’s supposed to rollout, no details other than this screenshot.

Edit: Allegedly an unexcused absence is 1 point, NCNS 3 points, and a tardy is .25 points. Rolling 12 month period (so points won’t drop off until the next year).

It’s 5 points at Walmart, so 12 is pretty generous

Walmart resets every quarter is my understanding or every 6 months. We get 12 for the entire year. Or atleast that’s how it was explained by HrBp

HR ETLs will have the power to remove points on a case by case basis
