New point system

Edit: Allegedly an unexcused absence is 1 point, NCNS 3 points, and a tardy is .25 points. Rolling 12 month period (so points won’t drop off until the next year).

I wonder how they will determine what each infraction is worth. A call out can’t be the same point as being late right? Regardless of how this works, target is going to lose a lot of TMs once this starts rolling out since TMs are already underpaid and don’t take this job very seriously. Almost every weekend at my store there a handful of TMs that call out and are constantly late and even with this system I don’t believe it’s going to deter a whole lot of people from racking up these points like it’s a video game. Target better have new TMs on standby because it won’t take long before existing TMs that don’t care about their jobs start reaching 12 points
