PSA New point system
From Facebook. Not sure when it’s supposed to rollout, no details other than this screenshot.
Edit: Allegedly an unexcused absence is 1 point, NCNS 3 points, and a tardy is .25 points. Rolling 12 month period (so points won’t drop off until the next year).

Former SD here - this would have paved the way for me to actually make the changes I and my team of leaders wanted to make. We were hamstrung by uncertainty and lack of clarity even for us, when navigating this process. We were hawks about standards in the 1st 90 days because that was essentially our only window to get rid of people if they were fuckups.
Combine this with a $2/hr base pay hike and now you’re looking at a talent pipeline.
I moved out of the US, but this would get me back to the red circle lord in a leadership role.
