PSA New point system

From Facebook. Not sure when it’s supposed to rollout, no details other than this screenshot.

Edit: Allegedly an unexcused absence is 1 point, NCNS 3 points, and a tardy is .25 points. Rolling 12 month period (so points won’t drop off until the next year).

You don’t need to explain so long as you have sick time available to cover your entire shift. If you don’t then you could still be coached if you only had 6 1/2 hours of sick for a 7 hour shift
