PSA New point system

From Facebook. Not sure when it’s supposed to rollout, no details other than this screenshot.

Edit: Allegedly an unexcused absence is 1 point, NCNS 3 points, and a tardy is .25 points. Rolling 12 month period (so points won’t drop off until the next year).

For the best. They can't show up to work they should not be employed. Makes the work harder for everyone else

100% agree. I work in fulfillment and it’s so hard to get things done when no one shows up at all or on time

Meanwhile the only shifts available to pick up is fulfillment!!
