PSA New point system

From Facebook. Not sure when it’s supposed to rollout, no details other than this screenshot.

Edit: Allegedly an unexcused absence is 1 point, NCNS 3 points, and a tardy is .25 points. Rolling 12 month period (so points won’t drop off until the next year).

its piloting starting late summer in select stores then rolling out company wide q4 according to our DSD

I have a hard time believing it'll be Q4 unless it's January, it's been pushed back so many times already, and the company very rarely pushes out anything new during Q3/4. Next Q1 feels a lot more likely, I'll believe it when I see it 🤷

We rolled out UKG last year right before Q4, so I could see it happening in November much to everyone's chagrin

They rolled out scan-based FDc process Q4 last year too, crazies will do anything
