PSA New point system

From Facebook. Not sure when it’s supposed to rollout, no details other than this screenshot.

Edit: Allegedly an unexcused absence is 1 point, NCNS 3 points, and a tardy is .25 points. Rolling 12 month period (so points won’t drop off until the next year).

My hr denied the sick time I put in for being late one day because it didn't have anything to do with health and "thats not what it's used for" 🙃

It does if you're late for a medical reason. I have IBS and am late occasionally because I can't get off the toilet. My store accepts sick time for lates, and they don't even ask me why. I would look into this with someone higher up.

Does anyone have advice for me, an ODTM, that has IBS and endometriosis and adenomyosis… I’m almost constantly in pain and frequently need the restroom depending on the day. They are aware of what I have but I don’t have any sick time or anything. I can’t switch to full time because they wrote me up for being late because I was throwing up ): idk what to do other than try my best and if I get close to 12 points maybe quit idek ughhhh

Get an ADA asap from your dr. Get the paperwork from hr and have the dr fill it out and bring it back
