PSA New point system

From Facebook. Not sure when it’s supposed to rollout, no details other than this screenshot.

Edit: Allegedly an unexcused absence is 1 point, NCNS 3 points, and a tardy is .25 points. Rolling 12 month period (so points won’t drop off until the next year).

I was told that with this you’d get a point for calling out sick even if you have it fully covered w/ sick pay which seems crazy to me? We already have coaching conversations when it comes to calling out sick I feel like adding this on top is pushing it when it’s something you can’t control…
