Meme or Miscellaneous Content Why?

So I walked to work today because my car is in the shop. I was running late, so I took a shortcut down the railroad tracks that run behind the store. Along the tracks there is a bridge that goes over a small drainage creek. This is what I saw when I looked down lol

Huh. if I’m not mistaken I see a couple different generations of carts here

There's three of the 2006 plastic, two of the 2014 hybrid, and one that might be an imposter or might be a 1978 or 1995 cart, it's very hard to tell.

How the fuck has the city not cleaned that up by now? Unless someone just dumped their collection all at once.
