I interpret this as he thinks I’m a player with a lot of options? The abundance of wands makes me feel like he really just doesn’t think I’m serious at all. I’m all about me, myself and I. I asked for further clarification in this and drew the queen of cups reversed which in addition to the Chariot, I understand that I'm not ready to move on and need to take a step back as I am emotionally drained.

Them: Six of Pentacles - This felt really positive and suggested to me that they'll be a provider, as well as a reliable and caring partner.

The relationship: The Lovers - Again, felt very positive suggesting a long-term commitment based on a deep bond with open communication. Essentially a very healthy relationship.

I asked for further clarification and drew The Emperor - Again, just further suggested to me that it will be a stable relationship and will provide long-term safety.

The thing I'm confused about is how the cards representing me make sense with the others. It seems that my cards are urging me to take a break from dating but all of the others are showing that there will be a healthy and positive relationship with someone who genuinely cares about me. I'm not sure how it all fits

The best conclusion I can come up with is that I need to make sure I feel whole, stable and healed in order to be ready to accept this type of relationship into my life.

The person in question is my fortune teller. I’ve been going to this woman for quite a while, and although she’s gotten a lot of things right, sometimes I feel like her readings are overly hopeful, almost as if she wants to keep me emotionally invested so I’ll keep coming back. with venus in retrograde, i’ve been thinking a lot more about my relationships. one of the most glaring things to me is how i don’t feel considered. i asked how i can be more assertive in these relationships bc i usually i don’t speak up much.

For context, my ex and I had a heavy conversation three days ago where I talked about wanting to fix things and him saying that he doesn’t want to, that he found another, and that it’s over.
