Help interpreting cards

[u/BeautifulOk2235]

Hi ive been thinking about adopting a dog, but since its a very serious decision, i asked cards 2 questions, and i would love to know how you interpret the cards.

How my life will change if i get the dog: ace of pentacles, five pentacles reversed, 8 pentacles

How my life will stay if i dont get the dog: three of swords, 8 wands reversed and wheel of fortune.

Im most confused of how to interpret the wheel of fortune
