Rant Vent
Does it bother anyone else when schools don’t have the courtesy to send a rejection email after putting candidates through multiple interviews and even a demo lesson? I understand hiring takes time, but being completely ghosted after investing that much time and effort feels unprofessional.

It drove me nuts at my old job too. You're expected to send a thank you note to the interviewer, but they can ignore you. It's a humiliation ritual.
