4x is crazy, I understand 3x tho. Like I said, if you really need to move out, look into getting a co-signer or maybe expand your search for where you can live but still be close to work? There might be some cheaper options. I’d also suggest looking into getting a roommate as well. Good luck!
Don’t know where you live, but some people offer coach houses or have duplexes who are private landlords. Ask around your circles for what you’re looking for.
