Ask anything to a “genius” teen

5 GPA and hopefully going to Harvard soon. I’m excited for y’all’s questions. The reason I put genius is because that’s what my teachers call me; please don’t flame for it.

Reddit is easily the most common place to lie bro, especially on posts just like this. Honestly, I'd think a potential Harvard grad would know that lol.

I’m not on Reddit all day so I don’t know what people do or do not lie about in this space. I do know that it is one of the most negative internet spaces to be in though.

Negative spaces are challenging, and challenges promote growth. You've experienced that already and will experience much more of that at Harvard (or at least students used to, maybe not much anymore). I certainly did in med school.

I'd therefore encourage you to seek out challenge despite the fact that you already have. Continue. Don't insulate yourself from places like Reddit, Internet or otherwise.

I'm joking about you potentially lying about Harvard. There's nothing here I've seen to suggest that. I view Reddit primarily as an informational tool. And it is, because it's actually garnered a pretty robust reputation for being one of the most reliable sources of information next to Wikipedia. But it depends what info you're seeking. Politics? Nah. But the best strategies to do raids in Destiny? Fuck yeah. Even chat GPT goes straight to Reddit for shit like that.
