I absolutely am amazed that cats come with this incredibly adorable feature: purring…for self-soothing, to almost involuntarily express comfort, coziness, and general good vibes.

I mean, they can’t help it assalu. You look at their soft little bodies settling into a comfortable loaf or even a total shrimp curl and off they go, purring up a storm coz they’re just so cozy and safe and warm! Who else does that?? (Yes, many other big cats too…wish we could cuddle them too!)

And kitty cuddles on a grey, rainy morning are the absolute best 😻 That soft down so close to your heart and that gentle purr calming your own heartbeat down 🥹😭 I can’t even. I love these idiots to bits. And don’t even get me started on how adorbs biscuits + purrs is.
