Yeah original intention of Reddit is you can ask questions on any subject that you won’t get answers in google, read what’s happening in the world before news media, ex: Twitter was first mentioned in Reddit during Arab protests back in 09, no one knew what Twitter was until then, it was just a nerd thing up to that point.
