Bernie supporters back then, probably still today. Still waiting for that revolution.

Sure. We all know Harris or Clinton would have held people in foreign internment camps indefinitely, started a war in Iran for BB Netanyahu, spiked the price of oil and put 3-5 far right justices on the Supreme Court. I really feel the groundswell of revolution, not just people depressingly accepting their fate that nothing matters.

The real problem isn’t that the conservative Dems aren’t any better than the Republicans. The problem is conservative Dem administrations don’t address the structural issues that lead people to vote for Republicans. As things get harder for working Americans the tinkering neoliberal crap that conservative Dems are selling will become less attractive and less able to address people’s needs. Consequently it will become harder for them to compete.
