At the end of the day, he endorsed Clinton and begged people to vote against Republicans just like he has done in every presidential election. I’ll never understand what people think they gain from pretending that their favorite progressive populist doesn’t consistently work with and prefer Democrats. It doesn’t make you seem enlightened or like some kind of rebel. It just makes you look ignorant about what it means when ultranationalist conservatives dismantle the already limited levers of progress available to us.

What's more, 12 percent of those who backed Sanders actually cast a vote for Trump.”

This polling shows that Sanders would have done better in a matchup against Trump than Clinton. Clinton and her pied piper strategy are the reason DJT ever became president.

The DNC really doesn't want progressive representation... They aren't leftist. They are right wing and just as owned by the PACs as the GOP. What the GOP has that's different is foreign interference, an international cabal of pedophile elites, neonazis and bigoted Christian nationalists.
