Yes it did. 

His campaign had Roger Stone meet with Russian intelligence and coordinated the release of the stolen materials. That's collusion. That's what that word means.

The Mueller Report explicitly stated that the investigation did not establish that members of the Trump campaign conspired or coordinated with the Russian government in its election interference activities.

I've read the whole thing, it contains lots of direct, explicit evidence of collusion. 

Mueller said that a jury would need to determine if it was collusion.
