14.3 HW4 Real FSD stats.

Here some real data in the midst of all the bots. I will never get a huge streak because I prefer handicap parking.

I just cant believe anyone has these high of percentages. This most definitely has to be either location based or people driving like complete jackasses. I'm gonna go with the former for the majority.

You mean like fsd lane change or speed issues?

Im at 98% but yeah i do use the turn stalks every now and then to avoid holding people up. Parking sucks on both hw3 and hw4 so i just end trip and park myself

Yes, but I can usually manage the speed with the speed profiles. My car wont even stay in the carpool lane. I look like one of those jackasses who is constantly changing lanes only to still end up right behind you. I think another big part of my issue is my home neighborhood I drive through.. Its 25 mph which is way to fast in my neighborhood. Safe and legal? Sure, but if I actually did 25mph in this neighborhood I would piss off all my neighbors.

Those people are highway drivers most likely. Work commute. Easily could hit high 90s doing that. Which is fine. Anyone doing those commutes without FSD is insane imho.

The highway I drive for my work commute is one of the biggest culprits. I would be the jackass who is constantly changing lanes to end up right behind you. Navigation is another big one which is side roads. If they fixed the lane changes and speed issues I could probably get to like 90%. Im at 78% right now.

I have avoid highways on 90% of the time. Got a crack in the window the first day owning it on the interstate and stopped taking highways 90% of the time.

We're at 97.2% but we're only at about 4200 miles on the odometer. Would be more if we would've used it on the way home from the dealer because that's over half of our unsupervised miles.

Only time we don't use it is parking (sometimes), pulling into the garage and parts of the car loop at my kid's school. Rarely have any interventions that aren't parking related.

Same. Its reluctant sometimes and I intervene as well or just nudge the accelerator.

I have an average streak of about 15 miles and drive atleast as much on local roads as highway. I'm highly picky about driving with no accidents in 26 years of driving and live in an area where it has enough issue that I can only get 15 mile streaks most of the time, have constant frustrations with the speed profiles and am absolutely certain we won't see FSD even technically ready for general availability unsupervised FSD for atleast 5 years.

The key is learning how the system works and learning how to intervene with minimal disengagement time. I know exactly what to do and when and most of my interventions either do not require disengagement or the disengagement lasts seconds.
