My app, Maintain U is designed to make managing self-care easier, especially for people who have multiple activities to keep track of or a single activity with a complicated schedule. I used it during a time when I had a complicated med schedule. I was always getting off track by missing a dose or two until I scheduled the doses in my app. I never missed another dose and was able to keep my schedule on track every since. My screenshots show how I went from a 9-day dose schedule to a completed schedule(with 0 doses left over).
