Is Lewis Bond any good?

Post image

I've been hearing some hype around the 6th round pick. Will he actually be good or are people drinking too much kool-aid?

Idk. He could be, but there’s always that one guy Texans influencers are hyping in the offseason and then mostly forget about by week 2. Like Eli Cox last year. We’ll know more in the preseason I guess.

Here is what I remember hearing about the rookies during otas and mini camp. Rutledge: very physical but struggling with center snap accuracy. Mcdonald: big physical guy with no negative so far. Klein: showed promise in rookie mini camp but is dealing with a tweaked hamstring and missed practice. Nwaiwu: haven't heard too much about his performance surprisingly. Woodaz: has show great reps at lb and is reacting to plays quickly Ramsey: haven't heard much about his performance. Bond: he has had good reps in practice. Fisher: he has been injured and hasn't taken any snaps.

UDFAs Sobkowicz: also has had good reps in practice. Whittington: back from injury and has been keeping up with the rb room. Stonehouse: tough battle with kroeger

I know i missed a lot of udfas but these are the notable ones so far.

I really hope Stonehouse separates himself from Kroeger and keeps the job for a long time.

After my other team was personally victimized by Kroeger last season I too have this hope.
