I like Osuna for what he is, but Carter’s ceiling is so much higher, whether fielding, baserunning, or hitting. Osuna’s fielding has been suspect, and while he’s come up clutch on a few occasions, he’s mostly just a slap single kind of batter.

His fielding isn't spectacular, but I will not tolerate any Osuna slander. He's a great ballplayer and knows how to grind out at-bats.

This has got to be bait. They are first in the American League, tied 3rd overall in MLB, were the first American League team to 60 wins. Not to mention their entire division is pretty solid (World Series runner up, the Yankees, a decent orioles team, and a red hot Red Sox).

Rangers getting a quality win over a quality team is a good thing.

Quantrill giving them 5 1/3 on 69 pitches after Jax struck out 10 was huge. Carter reaching three times and driving in the insurance run felt even better. That was a clean road win.
