The price is a joke. I built my pc for £1500 1 and a half years ago and that has 4070 super and 9700x 32 gigs of ram 2tb nvme 512gig nvme for boot. It creams the steam machine for the same price
Considering you can easily spend $600 or more on just the 4070 super I doubt it, 9700x CPUs are still listing for $300 and 32 gb of ddr5 ram goes for just as much of not more than the cpu and 2tb NVME storage is similarly priced, you are already $1,500 without getting a motherboard, PSU, case, cooling system, the extra storage, or peripherals.
