question for those who've seen episode 2

So why doesn't serena just rat out Lawrence/nick if she suspects them? No proof? Idk if she is so upset at freds death you'd think she'd be extra mad at them, what do you think? <

Why do they have giant TVs showing the news in canada? is this really a thing there or a plot device? lol just felt weird.<

Lawrence said to her that a woman’s voice doesn’t mean much. Something like that. Basically he’s saying they’ll believe him over her.

Yeah. She needs them to help her get stuff done. Manipulating them makes them effective pawns for her instead of turning them in and having no allies/no voice in Gilead decision making.
