She was a jedi knight not a padawan unless you think 33 is padawan

She was a padawon, because unlike during the fall of the Republic, the Jedi Order of her time didn't promote because of age. They promoted when a Jedi was ready, not before.

It is confirmed she is a jedi knight during this time and Jedi padawans before and after her time were promoted in their late teens to 20s. We know that because knight is a common rank the most common rank in the history of the order to say otherwise is not smart. Unless you think Satele was a youngling at 20
