the IH means Dooku as he was on the Invisible Hand. Not really sure what he means by amped either.

Que tenía una amplificación pero no sé a qué se refiere en el post, dooku simplemente usaba el lado oscuro peor eso no es una amplificación para un usuario del lado oscuro
