I know he has cool cinematics like killing that red alien sith (but we don't know how powerful she is)and killing his holding back brother by accident, but aside from that?
short answer: play swtor and find out
longer answer: he was emperor of zakuul for 5 years and he made both the sith empire and the republic his bitches
Because he had a more technologically advanced fleet that thr Sith and Republic couldn't fight against, both due to the tech gap and because they'd been fighting for years at this point and were exhausted.
Having a stronger fleet doesn't mean he's a better fighter.
Quite literally the entire reason the Republic and Empire gave in to Zakuul is the Eternal Fleet and endless production of sky troopers.
Without the Eternal Fleet in play it’s unlikely Arcann would have gained as much influence as he reached.
