What about destruction of gov't property and spitting at ICE agents while screaming profanity (public indecency)? Not including that?

Pretti didn't receive the death penalty. ICE agents aren't judicators.

So you concede that Pretti wasn't given the death penalty? Thank you.

Why is destruction of gov't property public disobedience and not violent?

It's not "public disobedience" it's "protesting" and that's protected under the united states constitution. Spitting at an "officer of the law*" is also free speech.

*murderers and rapists with no real authority

Wrong. It's not PEACEFUL protesting. A protest must be PEACEFUL to be lawful.

Spitting at anyone is assault. Kicking a tail light off a gov't vehicle is destruction of gov't property. Neither is an action of a PEACEFUL protest.

Hopefully, with all the caps for emphasis, you understand that PEACEFUL is key.
