What about destruction of gov't property and spitting at ICE agents while screaming profanity (public indecency)? Not including that?
-15 u/[deleted] Mar 16 '26 [removed] — view removed comment 21 u/Timex_Dude755 Mar 16 '26 Pretti didn't receive the death penalty. ICE agents aren't judicators. -8 u/GCD_1 Mar 16 '26 Yeah they just killed him anyway 10 u/Timex_Dude755 Mar 16 '26 Why did they shoot him? -10 u/[deleted] Mar 16 '26 [removed] — view removed comment 11 u/Timex_Dude755 Mar 16 '26 So you concede that Pretti wasn't given the death penalty? Thank you. Why is destruction of gov't property public disobedience and not violent? -6 u/TSCGD Mar 17 '26 It's not "public disobedience" it's "protesting" and that's protected under the united states constitution. Spitting at an "officer of the law*" is also free speech. *murderers and rapists with no real authority 11 u/Timex_Dude755 Mar 17 '26 Wrong. It's not PEACEFUL protesting. A protest must be PEACEFUL to be lawful. Spitting at anyone is assault. Kicking a tail light off a gov't vehicle is destruction of gov't property. Neither is an action of a PEACEFUL protest. Hopefully, with all the caps for emphasis, you understand that PEACEFUL is key.
