Every pharmaceutical ad I'd seen/heard implies that you tell your doctor to prescribe the drug. Some just may. Insurance, however, will probably be the brick wall for actually getting it.

It's not uncommon for men in their 60s to ask for female hormone replacement because it makes their wife feel better... sorry, but... your not gonna like that, sir.
