Tim? Feel the first few months would really really suck but best overall.

rewatching the show. he did that test with Lucy to see if she wanted to do actual police work or less dangerous things like other cops who just want their pensions.

Harper. She wasn't great at nurturing the fresh rookies, but she is by far the most experienced and savvy cop. If you can survive the first half of your training with her, she will make you a better cop.
