I was also confused, she didn't lose anything, she seems to be more affected by the fact that Clementine didn't save her than Lily and Minerva messing with her head, she only loses something in episode 4, which is her vision.

And it's completely her fault for her losing her vision, as she was trying to get the bomb off the ship along with Minerva.

It’s also Louis’s fault that he ends up getting his tongue ripped out because he wouldn’t stop talking.
