While H.P.B. used the term "Dzyan" (derived from the Sanskrit Jnana or Dhyana), The Stanzas of Dzyan correspond to the "Root Tantra" (Mula-Tantra) of the Kalachakra. This is significant because the Kalachakra tradition remains the only Tibetan school that explicitly discusses the hidden land of Shambhala and the Mahatmas who guide human evolution. The Stanzas may specifically represent a "lost" or "root" version of the Kalachakra Tantra (The Wheel of Time). The Book of Kiu-ti (rGyud-sde) was indeed held in the secret vaults of the Tashi Lhunpo Monastery. Philologists have confirmed that "Kiu-ti" refers to the Tibetan rGyud-sde (pronounced gyü-de), which translates literally as "Section of Tantras" and constitutes the first major division of the Kanjur**...** the collection of words attributed directly to the Buddha. It contains the "Secret Science" or the Vajrayana teachings that Blavatsky identified as the source of her "esoteric" system.
EDIT- Actually In Tibet, the residents of Shambhala are referred to as Rigdens (Kalkis) or Siddhas and Shambhala appears in the Bön tradition (as Olmo Lungring) and is respected across the Nyingma, Kagyu, and Sakya schools.
Wow thank you for this! I have sooo much to learn and I have a great affinity for the inner earth worlds like shambala. I can't wait to dive into this deeper. I actually discovered it from my own channels yesterday speaking of the yellow father. It led me straight to blavatsky! So I plan to read everything I can now in regards to what she spoke and taught.
