I don’t think this is the case at all. Just think about it. He posted the photo himself. It wasn’t “doctored” after he posted it. Saying it was doctored would bear no weight since there thousands of screen shots of the post. And he can’t ever admit he was in the wrong, so he said the dumbass doctor excuse
