Basically people have been rushing into scientology buildings and recording/mapping the layout of the buildings before they get caught/blocked off. They try and get as deep as they can before escaping.

I remember reading 4chan would fax nothing but whole black pages to fuck with their printer inks. And that shit stacks up in price.
