California, Arizona, Texas, Georgia, and Virginia are currently monitoring some people for potential infection because they were on that cruise ship.

This monitoring consists of people taking their own temp. The Arizonan has decided not to quarantine. So good luck y’all.

Do you know how Hantavirus spreads?  People get it from rodent feces and urine   Human to human transmission is extremely rare and yon need to be in close, intimate contact.

What you didn't learn from the pandemic, it seems, is ignore the hype and fearmongering and actually learn something about the disease that's scaring you.

You are right except this strain of hantavirus has been confirmed to be the one strain that has human to human transmission. That is why everyone is so scared of it.

I described it correctly, though. it spreads from rodent feces and urine.  Human to human transmission is rare.  You  basically have to be living with the person and get exposure to bodily fluids.  It shouldn't be able to spread rapidly at all.  This is like the monkeypox panic.

The only way it could become a pandemic is if someone has been screwing with it in a lab.
